How to take Ayurvedic tablets for uterine fibroid, abdominal cyst and acid reflux?

I have a uterine fibroid of 5 mm in size, few cysts in the abdomen, and an acid reflux issue. The Ayurvedic doctor suggested Kaishore Guggulu and Kanchanar Guggulu. Can I take both of them together? Kindly help.

I have had spotting and bleeding for the past 21 days despite taking Styplon. Why?
Hello doctor,
I am a lean PCOD patient for eight years. My periods are such that if they come on their own, they do not stop without taking medicine. Also, they do not come regularly every month. They usually come after three months. Right now, they are not stopping. I am bleeding heavily for 11 days. Prior to these 11 days, I had spotting for ten days. That means I am not normal for 21 days.
I have started taking Styplon since yesterday, thrice a day, two tablets. They are still not reducing (periods). What should I do? Kindly guide me.

Do vitality capsules work against depression?
Hello doctor,
I am a 43-year-old woman. My height is 5.48", and my weight is 121.25 Ibs. I am a Vata pitta; however more of a Vata. I have been using vitality capsules, MA115, and Worry-free for a month. My anxiety and stress have reduced; however, my depression is becoming worse. Does the medicine need more time to show its effect, or am I using the wrong medicine? Also, before using the ayurvedic medication, I used the tablet Bromazepam 1.5 mg, which I discontinued a month ago. I have been sick for two years and have completely lost my energy, hope, and joy.

Can consuming ayurvedic medicines cause dark stools?
Hi doctor,
I am 39-year-old female, with a height of 5'3 feet and weighing 117 lbs, dealing with infertility, constipation, hemorrhoids, and fissure problems. Because of abdominal pain, I got a CT scan done and I have a noncancerous hemangioma in my liver of sizes, 5.4cm. I started doing some diet changes like, not having meat and white rice and started having wheat roti and barley. For two weeks, my hemorrhoids and fissure problem gets a little better. My stool is not very hard, nor it is loose, but I am unable to manage a perfect stool to resolve my piles. It keeps getting better and worst, and I am sick and tired. I started taking some Ayurvedic medicine and started noticing dark stool. Also, the initial stool is hard and then the rest of it was like diarrhea. I am taking some pitta balance and digestive support medicine. Please help me.

I was diagnosed with multiple fibroids a year back. Could Ayurvedic medicines shrink my fibroids?
Hello doctor,
I was diagnosed with multiple fibroids a year back. I have been married for a year and recently had a miscarriage after six weeks due to fibroids. The fibroids have increased in size with time and due to pregnancy. I have PCOD as well and was taking medication for it. I usually have heavy and painful periods as well.
I consulted an ayurvedic doctor who suggested medicines for fibroids. I have attached the prescription and the recent ultrasound report for your reference. I do not have medical conditions other than high triglycerides, for which I took medicines a few months ago. These are some specific queries I need your help with;
1) Whether fibroids that I have could shrink with ayurvedic medicine?
2) Do I need all the medicines mentioned in the prescription?
3) Is there any side effects for the medicines mentioned in the prescription?
4) Could you suggest any better medications for fibroids?
