How to take Ayurveda for fibroid and abdominal cysts?

Hi doctor,

I have a uterine fibroid of 0.2 inches in size, a few cysts in the abdomen, and an acid reflux issue. The Ayurvedic doctor suggested Kaishore Guggulu and Kanchanar Guggulu. Can I take both of them together? Kindly help.

I understand your concern.

I suggest you Kanchanar Guggulu (Kanchanar, Haritaki, Bibhitaka) two tablets, twice daily after meals, Avipattikar Churna (Amla, Bibhitaki, Haritaki) one teaspoonful, twice daily before meals, M2-Tone syrup (Ashoka with Ashwagandha) two teaspoonfuls, twice daily. Consult your doctor and take the medicines accordingly.

Do Surya Namaskar, Kapalabhati Bhastrika, Bhramari, and Udgeeth Pranayam daily. Take dry fruits, dried figs, sprouted seeds, cow's milk and its products, honey, etc. Avoid sour curd, spicy food, cold drinks, alcohol, eggs, smoking tobacco, etc.
