Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

The probable reason behind your body aches might be low vitamin D levels. You have not mentioned anything about your current status of vitamin D or about your current medications. vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium from your body. If you have a very low level of vitamin D, then you would have been prescribed a Vitamin D sachet or Vitamin D tablets by your doctor. If you are not taking any, do consult your physician and take them according to their advice. I suggest you do the following along with the medicines;

1. Take a diet rich in vitamin D like cheese, soy milk, cereals, orange juice, egg yolks, and some fatty fish like tuna and salmon (if you are a non-vegetarian), etc.

2. Exposure to sunlight is very important as it helps in the formation of vitamin D in the body. Sun rays in the early morning are preferred.

3. Include food rich in calcium, which is usually present in milk, yogurt, cheese, broccoli, etc.

4. If you are overweight, take measures to lose weight, as being overweight also causes low vitamin D levels.

5. Get adequate sleep, at least for 6 to 8 hours.

6. You can also do a massage with Lakshadi (Indian Bedellium) oil for body pain. Gently massage with the oil twice or thrice a week before bath.

7. I suggest tablet Asthiposhak (Indian Winter Cherry). Take one tablet twice a day with water for four weeks along with your other medicines. Consult your physician and take the medicines accordingly.

Take your vitamin D supplement regularly along with the ayurvedic supplement. Massage regularly. You will soon feel positive results in a few days.

I hope you are satisfied with the answer. For more queries, you can revert.

Thank you.
