Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a lean and thin 35-year-old. My weight is 110.2 pounds and my height is 5.2 feet. I am married and have one kid. I have observed some whitish liquid coming out from my genitalia and was advised to take Shilajit and Ashwagandha tablets mixed with turmeric milk. Kindly suggest if I can take the medication or any other Ayurveda medicine.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

According to the complaints described by you, it seems like an infection. White and yellow discharge with fever or without fever is the condition of Gonorrhoea. In Ayurveda, Gonorrhea is known as Ushna Vata. This a sexually transmitted disease that can be transmitted through all forms of sexual contact with an infected person or even from an infected mother to her baby during birth and it the most common STD (sexually transmitted disease). It is an inflammatory disease that affects the mucus membrane of the urethra. White mucus-like discharge takes place from the male and the female genitals. In men, the initial symptoms of this disease are irritation of the urethra, pain during urination, and a burning sensation in the urethra, a pus white in color also discharges from the penis. If it is left untreated, the organs nearby might get inflamed, and the bladder, the testicles, and the prostate gland may also be affected.

I advise you to follow the below-mentioned instructions:

  1. Spicy foods should be avoided and light, easily digestible foods should be taken.
  2. The diet should not be dry and more liquids should be consumed.
  3. Alcohol must be avoided.
  4. Rice and milk are good choices of food.
  5. A glass of milk taken before going to bed at night is very helpful.
  6. Fruits that have high water content are especially recommended.
  7. Cold foods like ice creams and frozen foods should be avoided
  8. You can take Ashwagandha and Shilajeet with haridra powder.
  9. Shatapatryadi churn 5gm can be taken with warm cow's milk during nighttime.
  10. Chandanadi vati can be taken at intervals of two hours.
  11. Puyamehantaka rasa is to be taken thrice daily with water.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them and take the medication with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
