Hello doctor,

What can I do to gain weight up to 60 kg? I am healthy, but my weight is less with respect to my height.

#

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I will provide you with an appropriate diet chart if you tell me about your other details, like age and height and any past or present medication. For now, I am suggesting some medication that will be helpful for you. If you have other issues like constipation or stomach related, then mention them. I hope this was helpful.

Thank you.

Treatment plan:

1. Ashwagandha powder half a tablespoon with lukewarm milk twice a day after a meal.

2. In the morning four tablespoons of chana dal soaked with two tablespoons of raisins (soaked) take both in mixed form.

3. Take one to two tablespoons of protein powder with milk.

4. Take a protein-rich diet.

Regarding follow up:

Tell me about your other health-related issues if you have any. Send me your height and weight details to prepare a diet chart.
