Can Ayurvedic treatments help manage large fibroids?

Hello doctor,

I have four large fibroids: two intramural ones measuring 4.7 inches and 3.9 inches each, and two subserosal ones measuring 1.6 inches and 3.9 inches each. I do not have any symptoms except for frequent urination, and my periods are regular. Is there any medication to shrink the fibroids?
