Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have had an anxiety disorder for 12 months, and all day, I feel stressed. Please suggest some medicine to help me.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
For anxiety disorder, the best long-term therapy is regular pranayama practice and yoga practice. Please join us for yoga and pranayama at a nearby place. Second, in diet, reduce spicy salt and sour taste foods, all these foods will increase pitta (anxiety). Consume cumin water or cumin powder four times a day. Further, you can visit a nearby Ayurvedic or Siddha physician for further evaluation. The root cause has to be identified for psychological counseling and medication. If required, you can get help from an allopathic psychiatrist too. Changing your lifestyle and diet along with minimal medication will solve your problem.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.

Please consult a nearby Ayurveda physician and get treatment. It requires proper thorough examination based on Ayurvedic principles. It is good to take Ayurveda and yoga.
Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have been taking tobacco and tea chewing continuously and will tobacco cause any effect in this condition?
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
Tobacco and tea both stimulate the sympathetic system, hence your palpitation will be aggravated by both. So, I suggest stopping these two. Otherwise, you will not get permanent relief.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
