I am a 35-year-old male, and I am 5'09" tall and weigh 79.37 Ibs. I feel that my digestion is very slow for the past 13 years. I am often constipated, and my appetite is bad. I feel nauseous, burp a lot, and find it hard to digest sweets. I tried taking Rabeprazole and enzymes for this problem, but I have not tried taking any medication continuously.

I developed right lower pelvic pain and was asked to do an ultrasound and diagnosed with the presence of hydrosalpinx 10 months ago and took antibiotic for two weeks. From then on I am suffering from right lower pelvic pain that pulls my veins till knee.
