Hi doctor,
I am 25 years old and have been regularly masturbating for the last ten years. But now I have a problem. Whenever my penis is erect, I ejaculate. During sexual intercourse, I ejaculate just when I penetrate. I am using Jiva Ayurvedic medicine, but I see no results. I often ejaculate in two or three days without any activity. After the discharge, I feel very bad. I am currently taking Dhatu Postica Ashwagandha Kaunch beej, Shudh Shilajit Safed Musli. All the medicines are in the form of churna. My semen analysis result is 75 mL.
