What could cause ejaculation immediately after erection?

Hi doctor,

I am 25 years old and have been regularly masturbating for the last 10 years. But now I have a problem. Whenever my penis is erect, I ejaculate. During sexual intercourse, I ejaculate just when I penetrate. I am using Jiva Ayurvedic medicine, but I see no results. I often ejaculate in two or three days without any activity. After the discharge, I feel very bad. I am currently taking Dhatu Postica Ashwagandha Kaunch beej, and Shudh Shilajit Safed Musli. All the medicines are in the form of churna. My semen analysis result is 75 mL.

This condition is called premature ejaculation. It is primarily psychogenic, but other health issues like diabetes or hypertension may cause such a condition. Masturbation does not cause such kinds of problems. Instead, I suggest checking your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
