Hello doctor,

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I just read your query. Your Vitamin D level is very low, and you should definitely start taking supplements under supervision. Along with oral supplements, you require supplements through injection, too. Also, take a diet that improves Vitamin D levels, such as fortified dairy products, fortified orange juice, fortified cereals, fatty fish such as tuna and salmon, egg yolks, etc. Spend some time early in the morning in the sunlight. All these things will help you in improving your Vitamin D level.

I hope this helps.

Please revert so I can assist you further.

Thank you.

The Probable causes

The probable cause is poor eating habits and improper lifestyle.

Investigations to be done

Investigations to be done are blood test for vitamin D.
