Vata

There are three doshas in Ayurveda medicine. They are Vata, Kapha, and Pitta. Vata is composed of two elements, which are air and space. A person presenting with Vata are usually lean and energetic. They are sensitive to cold, present with unstable mood, and have poor blood circulation. They need to follow a regular daily routine for doing their daily work.
