Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a vegetarian only. I usually have my morning breakfast at 10:00 AM, afternoon lunch at 2:00 PM, and dinner at 9.30 AM. The foods I take more are rice, lentils, curd, etc.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

For breakfast, you should take two bananas, one glass of milk, and any recipe you like chana, upma, etc. For lunch time have rice, dal, salad, and fresh curd. In the evening time some dry fruit like badam, pista, kaju, mung, fuli, etc. At dinner time have paneer or soya.

Some unani formulations that increase your appetite and enhance your liver function are,

  1. Majun dabidul ward (Jatamansi, Manjishtha, cinnamon) one tablespoon twice daily.
  2. Syrup Cinkara (multivitamin) two tablespoons after breakfast.

After a week, tell me your improvement.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
