Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a feeding mother to a 6-month-old baby. I am unable to sleep because of intrusive, repetitive thoughts. I encountered insomnia and anxiety since delivery. Kindly suggest me a solution to overcome this.

Answered by Dr. Deepak Dass

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I noted the issues that you are facing post-delivery. However, I need more details about the type of repetitive thoughts and the nightmares you face. Therefore, I suggest you take the medicine Aconite NAP 30C (homeopathic anti-anxiety medicine) five pills once a day for the next two days only. Kindly revert for a follow-up.

Take care.
