What is the treatment for a painful lump on the anus?

I am a 26-year-old man, and for the past 10 years, I have been suffering from a painful lump on my anus that always hangs out. The lump is red in color. I have tried various homeopathic medicines such as Ruta, Ignatia, Podophyllum 200, Sulphur, Backson's pilgo, and Blooume piles remedies, but there has been no improvement, and the lump remains the same.
