Please suggest natural ways to shrink an ovarian cyst.

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a 2.4-inch cyst in my left ovary. For the last week, I have been taking Kalachi Kai (fever nut) and I read that it helps shrink the cyst. A 71-inch cyst was removed through a laparoscopic treatment two years ago. Please tell me how to get rid of the cyst as well as prevent new ones.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query.

For an ovarian cyst along with Kalachi Kai, start taking the following medicines:

  1. Tablet Kanchnar Guggul (Kanchanar, Haritaki, Bibhitaka), two tablets twice a day with lukewarm water after food for four weeks. Do not swallow this tablet. First, chew it and then take lukewarm water.
  2. Chandra Prabha Vati (Chandraprabha, Vachu, Musta) two tablets twice a day with water after food for four weeks.
  3. Capsule Haridra (Turmeric and Curcuma Longa) two capsules twice a day with water after food for four weeks.
  4. Aloe vera juice one tablespoon twice a day with water after food for four weeks.
  5. Walk every day for at least 30 to 60 minutes.

Try these regularly and you will see positive results very soon. Follow up after two or three weeks regarding improvement.

I hope you are satisfied with my answer.
