Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am diagnosed with an ovarian cyst of 1.6" and advised for a laparoscopy. I do not want to go for that. Is Kalachikai enough for curing this? Is there anything else in Ayurveda that can cure this? Please reply.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The ovarian cyst can manage naturally through ayurvedic medicines and yoga practices. Here is a big sized cyst. It can take some time to resolve. Only Kalachikai is not much enough. It needs other supportive medicines.

The Probable causes

Intake of spicy and fried junk foods, lack of physical activity, obesity, hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalances or other unknown etiology.

Investigations to be done

USG abdomen, thyroid profile, blood sugar, blood pressure, lipid profile.

Differential diagnosis

PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome), hypothyroidism, obesity.

Treatment plan

Take Kalachikai powder (Caesalpinia Bonducella) 0.11 oz twice a day with warm water after meals for 90 days. You should also take the following medicines.

Preventive measures

Avoid spicy and fried junk foods, drink plenty of water. Do regular Kapalbhati Mandukasana and Ardhamatsyendrasana as well as Pranayama like Anuloma vilom, Nadi sodhan, and bhramari.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
