Navaka Guggulu is an ayurvedic medicine available in tablet form. It helps in treating obesity caused due to PCOD (polycystic ovarian syndrome), rheumatoid arthritis, and hypothyroidism. It helps in reducing ankle sprain, slipped disc, back spasm, and muscle stiffness. It is taken around 1 or 2 tablets two to three times a day.
