Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am an 18-year-old female. I am easily stressed out. I often begin to get nausea and chest discomfort. Sometimes in the morning, I start to feel quite anxious and sweaty. I do not take any medications that are prescribed to me.
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
See, all the symptoms you have mentioned might be due to anxiety. But frequent chest pain you can not avoid. So I suggest you if frequent chest pain occurs, then consult a nearby physician so that if you require any laboratory investigation or any emergency help, he will take care of it. Now come to your present problem of anxiety. At this young age, if you are facing symptoms of anxiety that is not good for you because it may further lead to severe other psychological problems. So get rid of it.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
