Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

See, all the symptoms you have mentioned might be due to anxiety. But frequent chest pain you can not avoid. So I suggest you if frequent chest pain occurs, then consult a nearby physician so that if you require any laboratory investigation or any emergency help, he will take care of it. Now come to your present problem of anxiety. At this young age, if you are facing symptoms of anxiety that is not good for you because it may further lead to severe other psychological problems. So get rid of it.

  • First, improve your diet. Diet has a connection with your mental well-being.
  • Take fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid excessive junk food and caffeinated drinks. Instead, choose healthy food.
  • Split your meal into small meals. This will help you.
  • Sleep adequately at least for six to eight hours a day.
  • Remember one thing good sleep every day will cure your problem faster.
  • Try to go to bed before midnight whether you feel sleepy or not.
  • Do exercise, yoga, walk, and meditation daily. These things will release happy hormones in you and meditation will help you in getting more focused, and concentrated as a result you will not feel anxious very soon.
  • As they are a good option too for getting rid of excessive anxiety.
  • Try to spend more time with family and friends and people you like. Share your problems with them because it will help you in calming your mind as a result anxiety will not find any room.
  • You can go for a couple of counseling sessions too if you want to. It will make you feel better.
  • Face every good or bad situation in life as time will change, so do not get nervous about it easily.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.
