PCOD (polycystic ovarian disease) is a hormonal disorder. In this, immature ovum becomes a cyst around the ovary. Further, it hampers the formation of a mature ovum. Initially, it can be managed naturally through ayurvedic medicines and yoga practices. Kalarchikai is a beneficial siddha medicine for PCOD. If you are feeling uncomfortable after taking this, then, you can stop this medicine. PCOD needs long-term medications as well as changes in lifestyle and food habits. I need USG (ultrasonography) of lower abdomen and thyroid profile investigation reports. Please upload it.
You can take Hyponidd (Cassia Auriculata with Curcuma Longa) two tablets twice a day with warm water and M2-Tone syrup 10 ml (Ashoka with Ashwagandha) twice a day before food. Avoid spicy and fried junk foods. Do regular kapalbhati and mandukasana as well as pranayama. Do these things regularly for one month.
