I am having PCOD problem. Can I take Kalarchikai choornam during my periods? I have only spots.

You can take Kalarchikai powder. Take it for three continuous cycles as advised by your physician. Do not take them during periods. Start them after the period gets over and then do it in the same way for the next two cycles. In case, if you face any problem, consult your nearby reputed Ayurveda physician.
