This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a lot of anxiety and periodic depression, and also I have high pitta and vata. First, I tried Shatavari, which helped, but I quit when I started experiencing breast tenderness and discomfort. Then I tried to take brahmi, but it was causing a lot of pitta and vata. Which herb should I take?

Please advise.
