I am a 20-year-old female and consulted a doctor for my headaches. She told me that I have vitamin D deficiency. I consume less food. My head feels hot at noon and has throbbing pain. Please consume green vegetables rich in iron like spinach, pomegranate, and beetroot. Sit in front of the sun's rays to expose the skin. I suggest Natrum Muriaticum 6x, five drops after diluting it in a half cup of water, twice daily for 15 days. I suggest tablet Lecithin 3x, two tablets twice daily for 15 days. Follow up after 15 days.
