How to manage the vitamin D deficiency-related headache in a 20-year-old?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 20-year-old female and consulted a doctor for my headaches. She told me that I have vitamin D deficiency. I consume less food. My head feels hot at noon and has throbbing pain. I will usually sleep after getting brain fog. I have been experiencing this since my 16 years of age. My hands and feet are always cold. I have a severe hair fall.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

From the report attached (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), it is an old report. Do you have stress or anxiety? Please consume green vegetables rich in iron like spinach, pomegranate, and beetroot. Sit in front of the sun's rays to expose the skin. I suggest Natrum Muriaticum 6x, five drops after diluting it in a half cup of water, twice daily for 15 days. I suggest tablet Lecithin 3x, two tablets twice daily for 15 days. Follow up after 15 days.
