Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest the following treatment for your hair fall problem:

1. Tablet Asthiposhak (natural calcium supplements), two tablets two times a day with water after food for two weeks.

2. Take Mahabhringraj oil (Bhirngaraja Eclipta Alba, Taila Sesame Oil Or Coconut Oil, Ksheera Cow Milk, Manjishta Rubia Cordifolia, Padmaka Prunus Puddum) and gently massage it on your scalp every alternate day and wash your hair with mild herbal shampoo.

Add figs, raisins, and curry leaves to your diet. Take a healthy diet. Take one glass of lukewarm milk with half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper in the evening. Consult after two weeks regarding improvement and further management, or consult a nearby Ayurveda physician.

I hope I have cleared all your doubt.

Thank you.
