What ayurvedic medicines can help reduce fibroid?

Hello doctor,

My age is 27 years old. I am unmarried. Three years ago, I underwent a myomectomy, and a large fibroid was removed. Since then, I am fine. For the past month, I have been bleeding again with pain. Now, the scan showed more than three intramural fibroids. One largest fibroid measuring 40 mm x 35 mm. Except this, the uterus is normal in all aspects. The thyroid test also shows normal. Please describe ayurvedic medicine to reduce my fibroids.
