What can be done to maintain an erection during sex?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have consulted many urologists, who have advised many tests for blood, urine, and semen. All the results were normal. One doctor prescribed Sildenafil tablets. But I have not used it. I had a habit of masturbation ten years ago. I got married and failed to have sexual intercourse many times because of a weak erection. I am getting an erection, but can not hold it till penetration. I can not maintain the erection all the intercourse time. I ejaculate during these weak erection times. Also, my penile size is small.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I just read your query.

Please take the medicines listed below and follow these lifestyle changes to manage your erectile dysfunction (ED).

  1. Tablet Confido (gokshura, vridhadaru, jivanti, ashwagandha, and kapikacchu), two tablets twice a day with water after food for four weeks.
  2. Capsule Tentex royal forte (gokshura, kokilaksha, and saffron) two capsules at night one hour before intercourse for four weeks.
  3. Capsule Shilajit gold (ashwagandha, kaunch beej, and safed musali) two capsules in the evening with lukewarm milk for four weeks.
  4. Add pumpkin seeds, almonds, peanuts, and walnuts to your diet.
  5. Take one or two cloves of garlic daily.
  6. Start taking one glass of lukewarm milk with half a teaspoon of pure ghee twice a day.
  7. Walk daily for at least 30 to 60 minutes a day. It will increase your pelvic blood flow and will help in improving your condition.

Try these things regularly, and you will soon feel positive results.

I hope that you get your answer. Please let me know if you have further queries.

Thank you.

Regarding follow up

I suggest a follow-up after two weeks.
