Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a breathing problem. While breathing, every five minutes, I will have to sigh. How to cure it? Kindly suggest.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern. You only mentioned one symptom of yourself. You did not mention for how long you have had this problem, is this problem associated with others like a change in weather, having some food or medication, have you performed any tests before or not? Are you taking any medicine currently or not? On the basis of this one symptom, I can say that it might be bronchial asthma. In asthma breathing problems are one of the main symptoms. To rule out the main problem you need to visit a nearby pulmonologist. After the clinical examination, he will make out your proper diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is made it would be easier for you to take treatment rather than taking generalized treatment. Because taking general treatment will only provide you with temporary relief. After diagnosis, you can decide whether you want to take ayurvedic or allopathic treatment. Till then you can have plain water steam twice or thrice a day. I hope you find my answer helpful.

Thank you.
