- Tablet Manas Mitra Vatakam (Bala, Nagbala, Bilwa) two tablets twice a day with water after food for one month.
- Capsule Ashwagandha (Manjistha, Haritaki, Haridra) one capsule twice a day with water after food for four weeks.
- Capsule Tagara (Tagara Extracts) two capsules at night after dinner with water for four weeks.

Add berries like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, cherries, and other fruits like oranges to your food regimen. Add walnuts, almonds, lettuce, asparagus, avocados, etc. to your diet.
