Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have anxiety, increased heart rate, mild discomfort on the left side, and panic attacks. Please suggest an ayurvedic medicine for the same to protect future heart problems.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I just read your query.

You did not share your ECG (echocardiography) report here. If you have a regular ECG report and occasional anxiety, then take the following medicines regularly for two weeks. I suggest Capsule Brahmi (Bacopa monieri) two capsules two times a day with water after food for two weeks. Capsule Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera): one capsule two times a day with water after food for two weeks. Saraswata arishta (Brahmi, Vidarikand, Shatavari, Ginger) two teaspoons with an equal amount of water two times a day after food. Use Brahmi oil and gently massage it to your scalp and body. Take a bath after half an hour, preferably with lukewarm water. In summer, normal water can be used for bathing. (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her, and take medicines with their consent).

I also suggest you walk daily, at least for 30 to 60 minutes a day. Do meditation and breathing exercises regularly. Adopt a hobby like dancing or painting to keep your mind busy. Avoid television, laptop, and mobile two hours before sleeping. It hinders the normal sleeping pattern. Consume fresh and healthy food like fruits daily. In the evening, take one glass of lukewarm milk and add some green cardamom powder, powdered almond, and some sugar to it. Take half a teaspoon of licorice powder with water or honey once a day. Leave some time gap between your allopathic and ayurvedic medicines. Follow all these things regularly, and you will feel better results soon. Consult me or a nearby Ayurveda physician after two weeks regarding improvement and for further management.

In case of any emergency, visit your nearby physician immediately.

I hope this helps.

Please revert so I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regarding follow up
