My wisdom teeth are growing horizontally. I got an X-ray a year ago. One of my teeth has broken, and my gums are swollen and painful. I have jaw pain and a swollen lymph node on the same side. I have pain while swallowing food. I think I have a wisdom tooth infection, and I am worried about sepsis. All these developments have occurred over three days. Please help.

Hello doctor,
My upper tooth has broken and fell off about an hour ago. I do not have pain or bleeding. A small portion of the tooth is still in my mouth as I can feel a rough surface. I am currently using tablet Lisinopril, tablet Lipitor, eye drops for glaucoma, and calcium and vitamin D supplements.
