Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Can a normal mid-20s female with no skin disorder use Kayakalp Kwath or Mahamanjisthadi Kwath for better, healthy, glowing skin, and prevent wrinkles? Could it be an anti-aging solution? Or Will there be side effects?
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I just read your query.
Without any indication, do not use Kwath on your own. However, you can take Aloe vera juice, one tablespoon twice a day with water after meals, for two weeks. Eat healthy and fresh food. Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet.
Walk daily for at least 30 to 60 minutes. Sleep adequately for six to eight hours a day. Avoid excessive caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee, and cold drinks. Practice pranayam and anulom vilom daily. These steps will help you maintain skin luster.
I hope this has helped you. Please feel free to reach me again, in case of further queries.
Thank you.
