Hi doctor,
I am a 20-year-old male, and I am losing weight continuously from the last 18 to 25 days. I weigh 108.02 Ibs. I feel hungry but do not feel like eating anything. What should I do?
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
There are many causes for weight loss. Some medical conditions and bad body metabolism are common causes. Loss of appetite is one of the primary cause of emaciation. I suggest you try doing the following.
Take Ashwagandha and Shatavari powder, 0.11 oz twice daily with milk. Try doing Kapalbhati twice a day. Avoid spicy and oily junk foods. Avoid smoking and drinking habits if you have them. To improve your body weight eat protein and carbohydrate rich diet. Eat at least three banana with milk and do light exercises also. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and start taking the medicines after their consent.
