Can vomiting and symptoms of GERD in a 2-year-old be cured with homeopathy?

Hello doctor,

My 2-year-old son vomits after every single meal. Till now, I gave him proton pumps inhibitors and Sucrafil ds syrup before meal and antacid after a meal for two months. But there is no change yet. He shows all symptoms of GERD. He still weighs 19.84 Ibs. This worries me a lot. Can GERD be completely cured in homeopathy? Can you suggest some medications? Do they have side effects? I am new to homeopathy. Kindly suggest.

Of course, the condition can be cured by homeopathy. However, it needs a regular intake of medicines with some follow-ups.

You can start-

Nux vomica 1m (Strychnine and Brucine) five pills at bedtime (only one dose).
Arsenic alb 200 (Arsenic trioxide), five pills in the morning, noon, evening, and night.

Start these and give them for one week, then please give a follow-up with such details.

Does he vomiting, especially after particular food? Does he suffer from constipation or worm infection? What is the nature of the kid? Attach his picture to know his physical appearance.

You can give Gulkand (a sweet preserve of rose petals) one spoon after a meal two times a day. Also, cold milk at bedtime (not frozen cold normal temperature milk). Avoid junk food and spicy oily food. Instead, give him simple homemade food. Give curd and rice.
