Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for your repsonse.

As per my doctors advice, I am using drops of Bioforce Blooume 32, since two months. I am taking 40 drops twice daily and it is helping. I can even share photos, if a link is provided.

Should I continue with the same medication or can you suggest me some other medications?

Thanks and regards.

Hello.

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Firstly, if the patent medicine (commmercial medicine available as for over-the-counter buy) is helping, continue with it but take only 20 drops twice daily. I am not a big fan of patent medicines as they seldom cure a case completely.

I will advice you to take (consult with the specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take the medicines with their consent), tablet Ferrum Phos 6x (Iron Phosphate) thrice daily, and drops Hamamelis Virginiana 30, thirce daily for compete cure.

Follow this for two months and then give a follow up about the case. If any help is still needed, then we will have to give you a constitutional homoeopathic treatment.

Thank you and regards.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for your response.

I was also suspicious about the branded composition medicine as they target the general population. However, swelling of the leg has subsided considerably. Present photograph is enclosed. Please suggest if I should proceed with your current prescription or do you want to change any after looking at present photograph?

Thanks and regards.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is in good condition and I think it will not take more than a month to clear up with the above-mentioned prescription.

Continue with above prescription and once it heals and you still feel a little looseness, you can take drops Fluoric Acid 30, once daily for seven days (consult with the specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take the medication with their consent).

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for your response.

Is it fine to massage using a hot water bottle?

Answered by Dr. Tej Asthana

Hi,

Welcome back to iclinq.com.

Things such as exercising, losing weight, not wearing tight clothes, elevating your legs using a pillow at night and avoiding long periods of standing or sitting will help to ease pain and prevent varicose veins from worsening.

Massage may help reduce swelling or discomfort, but will not make varicose veins go away. But it is advisable to massage and do hot water fermentation.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
