Hello doctor,

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

You did not mention the results of your urine report, which would help in prescribing the most accurate treatment. Additionally, you did not specify the medications you are taking for your infection.

First of all, itching can be caused by an infection or poor hygiene. Make sure to wash your vaginal area with fresh water and gently pat it dry with a soft towel every time you urinate. Keep your vaginal area clean and dry, and change your undergarments daily. Drink eight to ten glasses of water each day; this will help flush waste from your body and also benefit your hemorrhoids by preventing constipation.

For your symptoms, take Renalka syrup (containing asparagus, Indian sarsaparilla, and small caltrops) two teaspoons three times a day with half a glass of water for two to four weeks. Also, take Neeri syrup (containing gokshura, daruharidra, and sahadevi) two teaspoons three times a day with water for two to four weeks. You can take these syrups alongside any antibiotics you may be using. Apply a gel containing antimicrobial, antibacterial, and antifungal agents, twice a day locally to your vaginal area. If you are sexually active, take precautions as intercourse can worsen the infection.

Regarding your hemorrhoids, you did not provide information on how long you have been experiencing this issue or whether they are bleeding. To prescribe the appropriate treatment, I need more details. In the meantime, avoid constipation, which can aggravate hemorrhoids. Eat a fiber-rich diet, including salads and fruits, and drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and deep-fried foods. You may take Triphala churan (containing gaja pippali, kali marich, and shunthi) two teaspoons at bedtime with lukewarm water to help prevent constipation.

Please provide more details about your hemorrhoid condition for a more specific treatment plan.

Thank you.

The Probable causes
