Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am an 18-year-old male who is having urinary problems while starting, and at last, I feel some urine stuck left in my urethra which hurts and goes in with any activity, and I feel better after sitting on the chair that lets that last drop out longer I sit longer I feel better. My ultrasound shows a normal prostate. How can I treat UTI with Ayurveda?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com

I read your query and understand your concern. As you want to treat UTI (urinary tract infections) with ayurvedic treatment which is quite effective in UTI. Follow the treatment prescribed to you regularly, I suggest taking:

1.Take Syp. Neeri (AIMIL Pharma), two teaspoons of water twice a day for six weeks.

2. Capsule. Punarnava one capsule twice a day with water for six weeks.

3. Drink plenty of liquids as this will clean out your urinary system.\

4. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, and caffeinated drinks.

5. Do not hold urine whenever you feel the urge to pass urine.

6. Do walk daily.

7. Sleep adequately and sleep before midnight.

Follow all these things regularly and you will soon feel positive results within a month. I hope you are satisfied with my answer. For more queries, you can consult me at icliniq.com

Thank you.
