Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old male, as a computer engineer I have to sit in front of a computer for more than four to five hours but still, I somehow manage to get breaks to stand up and walk in between, my problem is related to urination, I have difficulty initiating urine, it takes time to start. Also, I have to concentrate on the opening of my penis (urethra) so that it does not go in, also with this after urination I feel that my bladder is not completely emptied, sometimes if I drink some more water like a little more than what I usually drink I end up urinating more frequently, this problem has started from when I will get into this job. I also have had several tests before and after. First, I did a urine culture andurine analysis, After seeing that my doctor gave me huge antibiotics via saline for five days and five saline and two injections of antibiotics in that. For five days even though after this course my problem was not improved but from this I got a constipation problem and also am getting recurrent constipation from that huge antibiotics course, so as my problem was still not improved I went to another doctor. He told to do a urine examination I have uploaded results here, also he told me to do an ultrasound of my stomach and pelvis, which results uploaded, also then he gave me antibiotics as per the ultrasound reports. He prescribed so I took the antibiotics (he gave two antibiotics) for just two days and on the third and the fourth day I took half of the course, and I left as it gave me constipation. So, I left the course in between. Now what has to be done? I am way afraid as I read an hour ago about antibiotic resistance and their misuse of damaging the gut. So I thought of taking ayurveda treatment for my urine problems and constipation problem, now also I am constipated not passing stool fully, I just pass a little stool which is soft but still have to strain. I cannot pass them fully because it just does not come that way, my stool is in liquid form, and soft. Sometimes still there is trouble, and I am looking for a perfect ayurveda treatment for this. And I am looking for an expert doctor who can understand my problems, so I came here on icliniq.com to get an expert's advice. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

I just viewed all your reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). Currently, all the reports are almost in the normal range except that you have infective cystitis which is due to infection, that is why your doctor has prescribed you antibiotics. You should have completed your course, but as you have left the course in between, now do not bother about that thing. I can understand your concern about constipation but always complete the course if you want to leave then do consult your physician first. Now come to your ayurvedic treatment, take the following medicine, and follow the advice, you will soon feel positive results. As far as your allopathic medicine is concerned, if you have an appointment with your doctor, you can ask him about the medicines and can take the ayurvedic medicine along with it, but if you want to take ayurvedic treatment alone you can take it, but keep an eye on your health status. The problem while urinating is all due to this infective cystitis.

Consult your physician before taking the medications.

  1. Take syrup. Neeri (AIMIL) 10 milliliters with water twice a day for three weeks.

  2. Take a capsule. Shilajit (Asphaltum) one capsule twice a day with water for two weeks.

  3. Take a Capsule. Gokhru (Tribulus) one capsule twice a day with water for two weeks.

Also, follow the following tips for better results:

  1. The best thing for you to do is drink plenty of water. It will help you a lot.

  2. Do not hold urine whenever you feel the urge to urinate.

  3. Do walk daily at least for 30 minutes a day. It will help you in improving pelvic blood flow and eventually improve your condition.

  4. Do not take stress as it will increase your problem.

  5. Sleep adequately at least for six to eight hours a day and try to sleep before midnight.

Follow all these things regularly and you will feel positive results within seven to ten days.

In case of emergency do consult a nearby physician otherwise follow above mentioned things regularly.

I hope you are satisfied with my answer. For more queries, you can consult me at icliniq.com.

Thank you.

Regarding follow up

After two weeks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
