I am an 18 year old male, and I am having frequent urination. Every time I urinate, there is some amount of urine retained in my penis, and it does not come out. It is causing discomfort, and when I sit down on the toilet, then 1 to 2 drops of urine comes out, but it still does not come out fully. I have done a urine culture, analysis, and ultrasound of my abdomen, which showed no obstruction and stones and no prostate problems. I am confused as to what is causing the problem. My doctor told me to go to an ayurvedic shop and ask for medication. So, my father brought Gokharu Kadha three days ago, and I am taking two teaspoons of the medicine with little water. Still, my problem is not that improved, and I still feel little urine is stuck in my penis. It hurts when I laugh or cough after urinating. Can it be a pelvic floor issue? From the last two days, I also have incomplete bowel moments. Is Gokharu Kadha good? Should I stop taking it?
