Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 18 years old and I am not able to pull the foreskin of my penis back. Kindly suggest me some solution.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
See at your age sometimes the foreskin is very tight and the condition is known as phimosis. According to Ayurveda, this condition needs Oleation therapy both internally as well as externally. I will suggest you some simple steps to get rid of this problem.
1. First of all start taking half a teaspoon of desi ghee (clarified butter) with the help of lukewarm water or milk twice a day. This will help to oleate your body internally.
2. Second thing take some sesame oil or coconut oil and do a gentle massage of your penis 5 to 10 minutes a day. I am not telling you to do masturbation. It is just a simple massage. With the help of oil do retract your foreskin back and forth, but do not do it harshly. Initially doing this thing might be painful for you, but with regular practice, you may find ease.
Try all these regularly and you will see positive results within one to two months. In case you feel the skin is not getting a little bit loose after one month or two months, only then do visit a nearby surgeon, otherwise practice these things regularly and you will soon feel positive results.
I hope you are satisfied with my answer and I cleared your doubts.
Thank you.
