I am a 44-year-old male. I have a tight foreskin. Sometimes, I get cuts on the front part of the skin. I do not want to go for surgery. Is there a natural treatment to cure this problem?

Take Ksheerbala oil (Sida cordifolia, milk, and sesamum oil), gently massage your penis for five to ten minutes daily in the morning, and bathe with lukewarm water after half an hour.
