This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 44-year-old male. I have a tight foreskin. Sometimes, I get cuts on the front part of the skin. I do not want to go for surgery. Is there a natural treatment to cure this problem?

Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I suggest you take the medicines mentioned below for two weeks and consult an ayurvedic physician for further management of tight foreskin.

  1. Take Ksheerbala oil (Sida cordifolia, milk, and sesamum oil), gently massage your penis for five to ten minutes daily in the morning, and bathe with lukewarm water after half an hour.
  2. Take Ashwagandha ghrita (Ashwagandha kalka, Murchita ghrita, Ashwagandha kwatha, and milk) one teaspoon with lukewarm milk daily in the morning.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
