Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

A widower, 81 years old. Of late my foreskin has become sore and slightly tight to retract. I am a diabetic person for last seven years. But the sugar is normal but occasionally sugar goes up to 170/180.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

A slightly tight foreskin has difficulty to retract over the glans penis. It is commonly known as paraphimosis. It needs surgical removal of the foreskin which covers the glans penis. Now you can use Jatyadi ghritam (Sariva, Tuthya, Sesame Oil) externally as a lubricant to move foreskin.

Treatment plan

1. Apply Jatyadi ghritam externally under foreskin to move foreskin. 2. Slightly try to dilate foreskin through cleaned finger.

Preventive measures

1. You should try to control your blood sugar and take medicines properly. 2. Do Yoga and Pranayana to correct your metabolism which helps to improve your concern.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
