Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am a 64-year-old female, active (aerobic and resistant to regular activities), eat plant-based food, and I am in good health except for high cholesterol levels (my whole life), benign thyroid nodules, and recently developed cataracts. Currently I am not taking any medications. I used to take several different statins, all of which I could not tolerate.
My questions are:
Most recent cholesterol: 11737.45 mg/dL (good HDL, bad LDL).
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
I have gone through your symptoms, and you have a high lipid profile. And according to your symptoms, you have a thyroid nodule. So along with your medicine, it is better to start Guatteria Gaumari Mother Tincture daily with ten drops with a cup of water three times.
Nattokinase is an enzyme, and it is for heart and circulatory diseases. It decreases the ability of blood to clot. Curcumin is powerful anti-inflammatory and has antioxidant properties. So you can take both remedies for your problem. Eggs have iodine and selenium, and other nutrients that help regulate thyroid hormones. Yogurt is also a good source of iodine.
