I am a 64-year-old female, active (aerobic and resistant to regular activities), eat plant-based food, and I am in good health except for high cholesterol levels (my whole life), benign thyroid nodules, and recently developed cataracts. Currently I am not taking any medications. I used to take several different statins, all of which I could not tolerate.

My questions are:

Can I take Nattokinase (2000 FU) and Turmeric Curcumin (500 mg)?
Is soy not good for thyroid nodules?
Some sources suggest that yogurt, eggs, and cheese are among the best foods for thyroid health, but what about my high cholesterol and cardiovascular concerns about animal and dairy consumption?
