Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
My testosterone count is low, around 250 ng/dL. And, I want to use only Ayurveda products. Also, will the count increase for real? How many months will it take to increase my testosterone count? Kindly suggest your opinion.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query and understood your concern.
I suggest you to change your lifestyle and diet. Your lifestyle and food are more important than medicines. Do Panchakarma treatment at a nearby center. Detoxification is so important. If you follow a good diet along with Ayurvedic medicine, you can increase your testosterone level within three to four months. I suggest you to follow the below-mentioned lifestyle modifications,
1. Consume nuts, seeds, and dates every day.
2. Avoid junk food, deep-fried food, broiler chicken, and packaged food.
3. Avoid cold drinks and flavored drinks.
4. Take freshly bought vegetables, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, spinach, and mushrooms.
5. Take Vitamin D and Zinc supplements to boost testosterone levels.
Also, I suggest you take the following medicines,
1. Shilajit capsule two times a day after breakfast and dinner.
2. Ashwagandhadi lehyam one teaspoon in warm milk after food.
3. Kapikachu choornam one teaspoon morning and night after food in warm water. Consult your doctor and take the medicines accordingly.
I hope I solved your query.
Thanks and regards.
