This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My face is becoming loose and developing wrinkles. I weigh 121.25 pounds, but since my third delivery, this issue has been increasing daily. My body structure is fine, but my face is thinning around the chin area. I would like to add more volume to my face. What should I do?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

The wrinkles on your face are likely due to a decrease in collagen, the elastic tissue that maintains skin elasticity. As collagen weakens, your skin becomes looser, and a lack of facial fat, which may result from an inadequate diet, can also contribute. Natural remedies can be very beneficial in this situation. Try incorporating these into your routine, and you should see positive results soon.

Begin practicing anulom vilom, a breathing exercise that increases oxygen supply to the body and can help make your skin appear more radiant with regular practice. Adopt a diet rich in skin-friendly foods, including fresh fruits and vegetables. Berries such as strawberries and blackberries are especially good for enhancing skin luster. Additionally, include other fresh fruits you enjoy.

Apply aloe vera gel to your face twice daily to help tighten your skin. You can also use fresh fruit pulp, which is rich in antioxidants, as a face mask. Taking one teaspoon of almond oil mixed with milk at night can be very beneficial for your skin. You can also apply almond oil directly to your face at night to help reduce wrinkles.

Ensure you get adequate sleep, aiming for at least six to eight hours, as sleep is crucial for skin health. If you smoke, consider quitting, as smoking can accelerate collagen loss. By following these recommendations consistently, you should see positive results within a month. For immediate results, you might want to consult a dermatologist or cosmetologist for professional cosmetic treatments.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
