Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I just read your query.

The medicines you are taking for your problem are very good for anal fistulaand has very good results in healing a fistula. As far as your problem is concerned, any of above-mentioned medicines do not have any known side effects but sometimes may cause stomach irritation or loose stools. If you feel stomach pain while passing stools or have more than four to five stools per day then you can reduce the dose of medicines to two times a day for some days instead of three times a day. However, if your problem is not severe and you do not have any trouble then you can continue your medicine as before.

Along with these medicines, I advise you to take a sitz bath daily two to three times a day for anal fistula. In sitz bath, take lukewarm water in a tub and you can add some amount of decoction made up of neem powder and turmeric powder in it or can simply add Betadine liquid in it and sit in this water for 10 to 15 minutes. For neem and turmeric decoction, take some neem and turmeric powder and add some water and boil it till half the water remains. Then add this water in lukewarm water.

I hope you are satisfied with my answer. Revert after three weeks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
