Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I just read your query. See if you do not have any other problems like premature ejaculation or nightfall or erectile dysfunction etc and size is normal and you only want to increase size more than your normal size then no need to worry. Because size may vary from person to person. But if you feel the size is smaller than normal then try the following methods.

  1. Take ginseng to increase the size. You can take 500 mg in one day. Take it for 4 to 6 weeks.
  2. Have watermelon in its season, it will also help you.
  3. Take a diet like pumpkin seeds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, etc. These all will also help you.
  4. Do exercise daily at least for one hour a day. You can go swimming, walk, etc.
  5. Do exercise for the pelvic floor. The muscle which holds urine does its exercise. Hold this muscle and then release it. Do it eight times. You can do it three to four times a day.

Try all these things regularly and you will soon feel positive results.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
