Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been suffering from scalp psoriasis for the last four years. I took allopathy and homeopathy treatments. I am now taking Ayurveda medicine, Saptamrit Lauh tablets, and Drakshasava syrup for three months, but no significant change has been observed. Kindly advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest you consult a specialist and take the following medications with their consent. Mix Nalpamaradi tailam, Marichadi tailam, and Durvadi tailam equally and apply one spoon at a time to the scalp twice, morning and night. Take Aragwadharishtam 2 spoons at night after food. Take Arogyavardhini tablet one in the morning and one at night after food. This treatment is for one month. Follow up after ten days.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have completed ten days of medication, but there are no significant changes observed.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Continue same medicines. Follow up in ten days.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

One month of medication is completed. But sorry to say till now no significant changes have been observed.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Along with the above medicines, please take a tablet of Khadiradi Vati, one tablet in the morning and one in the night after food. I suggest you use Aactaril (Barbari or Ocimum basilicum, Nimba or Azadirachta indica, Ushira or Vetiveria zizanioides, Jambira or Citrus limon, and Karanja or Pongamia glabra) soap for the head bath (Please consult a specialist and use the above medication with their consent). Follow up after ten days.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

For one or two days, the psoriasis is slowly getting down, and again in a week, it is slowly rising. After including Khadiradi Vati, bleeding in the gums was observed.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest you stop Khadiradi Vati. Continue with other medicines. It may take some more days to improve. Follow up after one week.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
