Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 30-year-old married male. I have been suffering from on-and-off prostatitis for almost 2.5 years now. All my other reports are normal (kidney, liver, blood, sonography, and CT abdomen). On physical examination, the doctor found the prostate to be tender. I have been on and off antibiotics.
My last urine culture reported Klebsiella pneumoniae. Afterward, I was put on antibiotics, and after that, I started Bhangshil (Ayurvedic), which gave me complete relief. I took Bangshil for three months. After quitting Bangshil last month, my symptoms have returned. The symptoms include low sex drive, pain during sex, constipation, and slightly foamy urine. Also, my testosterone levels drop during that time. Please help me recover completely and maintain my sex drive. I just got married six months back.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You have chronic prostatitis. I suggest continuing these for two to three months. After that, you will be all right.
By that time, you need to maintain personal hygiene, change your inners daily, boil in hot water before washing, and check for your wife's vaginal infection.
I hope that you get your answer.
Please let me know if you need any help.
Thank you.
