I am a 30-year-old male, an alcoholic, and I have been masturbating since college. Now, I am married, and my pennis erection is not strong enough, and I ejaculate very fast. Please help me

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your symptoms are suggestive of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. There are several causes like psychogenic stress or anxiety, affect erection, high blood pressure, and blood sugar. Check your testosterone, blood sugar, blood pressure levels, and semen analysis. The following medicines may be effective in such conditions.

I suggest (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her, and take medicines with their consent) the following medications.

  1. Tablet Dhootapapeshwar Silapravang (Shuddha Shilajit, Pravala Bhasma, Vanga Bhasma) special one tablet twice a day with cow ghee before food.
  2. Capsule Aimil Semento (Tribulus Terrestris(Gokhru), Mucuna puriens (Kaunch), Anacyclus pyrethrum (Akarkara)) two capsules twice a day with lukewarm milk after meals.
  3. Ashwagandhadilehya (Manjistha, Haritaki, Haridra) one teaspoon twice before food.
  4. Kerala Ayurveda Manasmitra vati (Bala, Nagbala, Bilwa) one tablet twice a day after meals.
  5. Avoid spicy and fried junk foods.

Do these things and provide your valuable feedback after one month.

I hope this helps.

Please revert so I can assist you further.

Thank you.
