This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 24-year-old boy, and I am healthy. I am not overweight. My only problem is premature ejaculation which I would like to cure through Ayurveda. Also, can I take Shilajit and Ashwagandha as daily multivitamins? If yes, please let me know the quantity.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

We are elated to have you onboard.

I just read your query. The reason behind premature ejaculation could be due to stress, anxiety, an unhealthy lifestyle, and so on. If you have the habit of excessive masturbation, kindly avoid it. I suggest you do the following:

  1. Since you have asked about medications, I suggest you start taking a capsule of Shilajit (humus, organic plant materials, and fulvic acid) gold twice a day with milk for four weeks.

  2. Take one tablet of Gokhru (Tribulus Terrestris) twice a day with water for four weeks.

  3. Avoid excessive caffeinated drinks, and quit smoking and drinking if you do.

  4. Do exercise and meditate daily.

  5. Sleep adequately for six to eight hours a day.

  6. You can also try a home remedy. Add two teaspoons of Asparagus powder to one cup of milk. Boil it for 10 minutes and then drink it. You can have it twice a day.

Try all these regularly and you will see positive results within one month. If you do not notice any improvement even after a month, then do consult a nearby physician and undergo a complete examination.

I hope you are satisfied with my answer.

Thank you.
