How can someone overcome premature ejaculation and increase the penis size naturally?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

When I masturbate, I ejaculate within a few seconds. I am afraid it is a premature ejaculation symptom. Can it happen to me during sex? Also, can I increase my penis size naturally. Is there any method to increase the penis size? I have heard it is essential for a good sex life.

Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Ejaculation time varies from person to person. So do not compare yourself with others. Stress also shortens the ejaculation time. Do not take excessive stress. Right now, you seem okay, so I do not think you need medicine.

  1. Do not take irrational medicine, as it will have side effects in the long term.
  2. Have half a teaspoon of desi ghee with lukewarm milk twice a day. It will help in increasing your stamina.
  3. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts like walnuts, peanuts, pistachios, and pumpkin seeds, as they will also help increase stamina. Take them in moderate amounts.
  4. Avoid excessive junk food and caffeinated drinks.
  5. Sleep adequately, at least for six to eight hours.
  6. Do a walk and exercise daily. Do not smoke or drink.
  7. Do not masturbate excessively, and do not take too much stress. Try all these regularly, and you will soon feel positive results.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
